No hot water - alpha boiler HE CB25

Can anyone please help me. I have an alpha boiler HE CB25. I cannot get it to heat up the hot water. The central heating is fine, but the only way I can get it to heat up the hot water is to put the heating on.

It was only serviced a couple of months ago. Can anyone please tell me how I can fix this problem - the water pressure guage is fine and in the middle of the green shading.

Yes I agree it is most likely the DHW diaphragm, bit of a mare to change on this boiler though so unless you are really good at this type of thing I would get someone in
