I currently have a Potterton Suprima boiler installed at my house. I went to have a bath tonight and discovered that i did not have hot water. I checked the radiator which was hot but when i checked the airing cupboard the tank was luke warm. I have turned the boiler off for 4 hours and this does not seem to work. The valve is open with hot pipes either side.

Any help would be appreciated. I would like to have some idea before i ring British Gas as this is a recurring thing

Thank

I called british gas out. Apparently a valve on the outlet pipe had been closed off. Have no clue who did it because I live alone

thankyou

Bit of a funny one that. Anyway, good that it's back working and you have hot water.
