no hot water, but hot radiators?

I have a combi boiler (worcester 240 combi rsf) about 5 years old. I've recently stopped getting hot water, it comes on hot for a few seconds, then goes stone cold. I still have hot radiators though. I'm finding it difficult to get anyone to come out and have look at it. Any ideas anyone pleeeeease. Thank you.

I am having the same problem with no hot water but CH good. What sort of a job is it to change the diverter valve? I've seen them on some websites for about £70 but www.ezyparts.co.uk do a Giannoni valve for £36 = VAT. Are these any good?
