No hot water from bath tap

I have an oil boiler with hot water tank, very hot water from my kitchen & bathroom sinks but only luke hot from bath tap. When hot tap at bath is running luke warm sinks are the same, when bath tap is turned off hot water returns to sinks. can someone please help I need a bath.

No, I fitted a new suite a year ago but haven't used the bath, prior to that it was fine

This suggests that cold water from your header tank is somehow being drawn into the hot pipework when you open the hot bath tap. Is the vent pipe above your cold header tank submerged?
