No hot water from combi boiler. CH is running OK.

Hi

sime friendly format 80e, when running hot water from tap in the kitchen (1 meter from the boiler) the boiler starts and the water gets only warm (not hot even if the boiler thermostat is set on max temp), if i open hot water tap in the bathroom no hot water at all and the boiler doesn't fire. if i run heating at the same time water in the bathroom is hotter. any ideas?

You have two faults!

A failed diverter valve and a blocked secondary heat exchanger!

Your boiler is NOT very friendly!
