no hot water from tap.

OAP neighbours bungalow gets good flow of hot water from hot tap in kitchen,but bathroom hot tap has no flow except first thing in morning when it gets small flow then stops. Any help would be appreciated

Im not a plumber, but could be an air lock.
Is there a flow of water be it hot or cold

Sounds like an air lock ,you need to rig up something to force cold water up the hot pipe to push the air out the way . One of those push on shower connections pensioners usually have is ideal for it

or if they hav a mixer tap jus block the end with ya hand then turn on the hot tap followed by the cold.. doesn't always work n sometimes ya get wet tho
