Heating ok. When running a hot tap the boiler goes immediately to pump overrun, no hot water. The LIght on the water turbine sensor is illuminated when running hot water. I followed the fault finding guide and that suggested the Pcb which has been changed. No difference. I've cleaned out the water turbine and filter. Could it be actuator.
