Hi, I hope someone can offer me a little bit of help here please?

The heating works fine as normal

The hot water however doesn't. The hot tap runs cold.

I am thinking it could be a problem with water flow detection not allowing ignition. After looking in the manual, there seems to be no hot water flow switch or turbine though?

Theres a sensor, not a flow switch, does the boiler actually do anything when a hot tap is opened?

When you open the hot tap, does the boiler respond,as in display goes to "d",then diverter moves, pump starts, hopefully boiler starts.
Does it do all or some of the above,or does it not even recognise the demand?

after recognising demand for hot water the diverter valve should move, how do I check this please?
