Hi all,
having some winter related problems with my boiler.not sure I'm putting my querie's in the right place but hey. The outlet pipe for my boiler froze and I think was the cause of a leak in the boiler... I freed the ice from the pipe using hot water, this fired the ice out and returned the boiler pressure back to normal and stopped it from leaking. However there is no hot water in my pipes now as a result. I have tried running cold water through the hot water pipes thinking there may have been some trapped air but this hasn't worked. The cold water just passed through the system. Is there anything else I can try before I have to call an Engr out?

Many thanks

You need to be more specific.

Out of the 6 or 7 pipes on your combi, which one froze?

Which one isn't getting hot water now?

Where was it leaking when it was suspected to be frozen?
