No hot water in shower...was working fine

Hi,

I have a Megaflo, and until recently the shower (with a double wall mounted valve) worked fine, now there is plenty of cold water (high pressure) barely any hot water coming through even of you turn it to fully hot.

I contacted the bathroom shop who fitted it and the fitter is on holiday so they said I could fit a new thermostatic cartridge (I did this but it made no difference), they then said I could replace the diverter cartridge (I did, no difference).

I get hot water out of all other taps, and a shower at the other end of the house just not our en-suite.

I'm baffled as to why only one shower wouldn't be working...any advice would be amazing.

The only thing we've had done recently is 2 new radiators plumbed in by British Gas, but this has nothing to do with the hot water so assuming it's not related just a coincidence?

Are they located in the shower? On the inlets to the shower valve?

You say it's a double wall mounted valve, what do you mean by that? Is it a bar mixer? Or is it a dual exposed shower or concealed?
