Hi
I hope someone can help me before I have to call someone out. I have a potterton Suprima 30-80 HE. I have tried re-setting the boiler following the instructions on the front. The boiler tries to start up for a while then I get a lockout light. Controlling the boiler I have a Drayton +1 RF710 in my front room which has the flame and is sending a signal to the digistat in the airing cupboard. I have also switched the controllers in the airing cupboard off at the mains to reset them but with no luck. The boiler is only 6 years old and I had to replace the RF710 15 months ago (which I was not happy about) after the other one failed (slightly different model).
Does this sound like a boiler issue or controller issue?
Hope its not too cold tonight!
Many thanks in advance
Sarah

Tried the Manual button on the receiver I spose..
CHeck the system pressure - can't remember if this boiler would switch off if it got low ( below 0.5 bar say).

Otherwise, not much to go on, and little you can do :( .

Remember you might have an electric immersion heater for hot water.

if you leave it for a while then reset it does it actually light up? if so then I would suspect pump. If it doesnt light before lockout then could be a number of things and requires professional attention.
