No Hot Water

Hi everyone,

I am having problems with my Biasi 28s combi boiler.
The dch is working perfectly.
The dhw runs hot for 1 minute then cools to luke warm. The temperature dial on the boiler reads 70 degrees and the boiler stays fired up when the hot tap is on.
The first time this happened about 8 months ago the engineer replaced the heat exchanger which cured the problem. Then 2 months ago when the same problem arose I replaced the diaphragm which had a small tear(after seeing this recommended on a forum).
Now I have the same problem again. Could it be a faulty temperature probe signalling the water is hot when it's not.
Please help.

Although unlikely after this short time span, have you checked the diaphragm again?

Hi Friend, having the same problem with mine, is it easy to get that diaphragm out and do you have a part number. cheers
