got a halstead ace 30 he, had a leak on the hydroblock casing and had to replace it, the boiler fires up when i open the tap but the water runs cold. took the case off and the pipe from the primary heat exchanger to the plate exchanger is getting hot but the pipe that runs to the taps is cold. any ideas?
