My Boulter Camray 5 boiler acts normally when a hot water tap is opened, initial hot water, boiler fires-up but the following water supply is warm - not hot.
The supply pipe to the plate exchanger is very hot but the outlet is relatively cool.
Do I need a new plate exchanger or would it be detrimental to the performance if I re-routed the piping to omit the exchanger?
Any advise would be greatly appreciated - its too cold outside for a luke warm shower.
