No Hot Water

Hi...

Ripped out an ensuite today...plenty of isolation points so there was no need to drain down.

Did the rip-out and blanking off fine. Came to turn water back on and cold is fine...no hot however anywhere is house...

Initially thought air-lock, so blew-back mains from kitchen, and was able to get water out of all other house hot taps...Though after blow-back, water then trickled out of hot taps, and eventually stopped again.

So, my feelings are that it is the gate valve stuck closed from loft tank to Cylinder, and thus hot water circuit has no gravity fed pressure.

Can anyone else think of anything else it might be?

Stuck gate valve or you might not have fully cleared the airlock, that's about all it could be I think
