no hot water

does anyone know what is wrong with my hot water ,i have a combi boiler baxi 105e when central heating is ion it seems to be okay ,but when it isnt its only luke warm only getting 60 degrees when fired up ,never seems to get to 70 or 80 ,i have to literally turn the taps down to get it hot ,shouldnt need to do this i know any help would be appreciated thank you

The achilles heal on these is the diverter valve and it sounds like yours requires attention.With the heating system cooled down try the hot water and if the CH flow pipe underneath boiler gets hot then that proves it.Diverter valve can be overhauled at a reasonable cost but others will say replace it.I personally ALWAYS repair them with a kit of parts.

A combi boiler is not meant to give water over 55 C as that will scald you!
