Hello All,
I drained down a friends central heating today, to add two radiators.
All went well, filled system back up, bled all radiators, turned central heating on, all rads work, apart from one, this should come on when system is balanced.

Just had a call saying their is no hot water coming out of any taps?
No copper tanks involved, just a valiant combi, any ideas

No hot water, or no water at all? If no water at all, you've left one half of the filing loop turned on. Probably a silly question, because I suspect I know the answer, but did you run the boiler's air purge programs when you refilled the heating?

Muggles, no water at all?
Muggles, thanks....rang him up, told him to turn on valve underneath, alls good, thanks mate

No water at all would urgent that you have left a valve turned off. Most probably on the boiler.
