No Hot Water

Update:
Took out half the kitchen. Fitted new pipes from the boiler at a lovely angle of around 10 degrees, then a vertical run straight up through the bathroom and into the loft... Tested, worked! Refitted cabinets, oven, fridge freezer and washing machine. I even replaced the vinyl floor as I ripped the old one taking the fridge freezer out.
All was well (with plenty of hot water), for about two weeks.
Now we have Luke warm water.
Going to work through my troubleshooting list tomorrow, but anything I should consider first?
