got a sealed system Vaillant eco tec 615 and we have no hot water , we had a 3 way valve changed last year for same issue. Heating works ok, it seems the hot water pipe from the boiler is getting hot but it not hot in the cupboard where the tank is , both valves in the cupboard seem to work when the lever is presses to other side they move on there own ok.
any ideas please and why is it all ways a weekend when i have problems.

Why do you have a 3 port valve and "both valves in the cupboard seem to work" ... so how many valves do you have ?
