No hot water!

I apologise now for the lack of information, but i dont know a lot about boilers

We have a Potterton Lynx room sealed combi boiler, its been fine for the last 2 months since we moved into our house, but a few days ago, we no longer get hot water.

It started a few weeks ago where it would take a while to get hot water in the shower, but we thought it to be a one off, now we dont get any hot water at all.

When we turn the hot water tap on, the first green led lights up on HW and the demand one lights up, but there is no ignition sound and no hot water.

What could be the problem and is it easy to fix or new boiler time?

WHich model, Lynx, 2 or Electronic?

I think its a Lynx II

Its the Electronic version and how old is this boiler?
