Good evening,

I have just had decorators around who removed two radiators for around 2 weeks (long story). The rads have been put back today and I have not got hot water or heating.

Could the radiator issue have caused this or should i be looking elsewhere?

Many thanks

Could the radiator issue have caused this
Yes, happens all the time. Hundreds of threads on here for you to look at. Can you insist that the decorators pay for the system to be restored to working condition (i.e. have you paid them yet)? They should not have interfered with the system if they didn't know what they were doing.

Good evening Ian,the problem may be that you have a pressurised boiler system.Removing and then re-fitting radiators, could result in no system pressure.Check to see if you have an internal water pressure gauge at your boiler.Normally a circular gauge on lower front right of boiler ,with an indicator needle, showing internal system water pressure,in gradients of :zero: up to three bar pressure.Normal water system pressure should be around one bar, hope this helps,Mike.

Many thanks for the replies.

Decorater came back and sorted the problem (airlock).
