NO LIVE AT GAS VALVE

Hi all i dont no but should i have a live at my gas valve when calling for heat because my piolt is lit but no ignition aND THERE IS NO LIVE AT THE TWO ORANGE WIRS ON THE GAS VALVE

THE VALVE DOES CLICK TWICE BUT NO IGNITION

I suspect you have a glowworm boiler, which may well be 24v only to gas valve. Could be anything wrong from no mains supply to transformer.
