No Pressure in Cold taps upstairs!

I wonder if anyone can help me? I have never had a problem with my cold water taps upstairs before, but suddenly (yesterday) I only have a dribble coming out of them!! Toilets flush OK, tank in my roof is filling up absolutely fine, so can anyone tell me what the problem is please. Many thanks in anticipation!

Could be a number of things, try checking things which could have been changed/tampered with, like:-
1. Cold feed from loft tank, is there a piece of scale/debris/dead bat/old carpet/loose insulation over the tank exit? ie something has dropped into it.
2. Is the (usally a gate valve) valve on the outlet fully open?
3. Is upstairs cold water fed from the mains? If so is the mains stopcock fully open?
