I have a baxi duo tec situated in my kitchen about 1 mtr away from the sink. The heating works but when I turn on my hot tap there is no water from it. I assumed it was a frozen pipe but was wondering if there was a pump that would also cause this.
No water from hot taps.

If no water is coming out, maybe there's none going in.....is there a possibility of the cold water supply going to it being frozen?
