Can anybody help,, Had new bedroom fitted above garage , Thing is although i have a n amount of insulation below floor into garage, i can do with more soundproofing , can hear everything outside when i am in bed. its a nightmare, what options have i got and could i get builder back to sound proof ceiling of garage?Thanks

Ceiling to garage should have had at least 200mm glass wool insulation in place for Regs anyway.
