Ever since the the new boiler and C/H was fitted my hot water tap if not turned off really tight will start making a banging noise from the pipes it will also do this if I don't turn it fully on.why is this?

Depending on the tap, it may be a loose jumper/washer inside the tap.
If it is a washer type, then usually they can be refurbished or replaced.
