Hi, I fitted a replacement Wickes sanipump, the newer model was slightly bigger and less wattage I think, it has the WC, small basin and bath that go into it. I had to slightly raise it off the floor one side(about 1inch) because of fitting it in with the existing pipework. It works perfectly fine but after you use one of the appliances attached to it, the macerator chops it up and gets rid of the waste but then there is a delay and a (electrial)buzzing noise continues for quite some time. I am going to ring Sanipump on Mon but wondered if any smart people out there might have any thoughts on it? Thankyou

just follow these three simple tips

1 disconnect power supply

2 empty as much as you can by taking off top cover and disconnect pipework

3 throw saniflow in nearest skip

hope this helps and don't ever think about fitting another one.
