noisy airing cupboard

Hi Everyone

Ive recently moved into my first home and have a heating problem

It more of a rushing water noise when my heating comes on , it comes from the airing cupboard and lasts about 30mins . I guess when the tank is full.

As my heating is set to come on 30 mins before my alarm , I also wake up 30 mins before my alarm

Has anyone got any suggestions as to how I quieten this beast down

Sounds like you have air in the system, particularly round the pump. Switch off the hot water and heating, and bleed the pump by undoing the big screw on the back. Hold a cloth under it to catch the drips.
