Noisy Baxi Solo 24 HE

Can anyone help?
I have a Baxi solo 24He which begins to emit a whining sound as it gets to temperature about 3/4 minutes. This noise deepens in pitch as the system heats until it becomes a groaning vibration. If I reduce the boiler heat control, I can eliminate the noise. As soon as the boiler switches off, the pitch dips and stops almost immediately.

This is driving me nuts. Has anyone had this?

Sounds like your gas ratio is off. Ul need a gas safe engineer with a flue analyser.

Not adjustable on this model. So would be new gas valve if so.

Sounds more like a partially blocked heat exchanger to me.

Get a gas safe engineer in for a service and engineer will know what it is.

Could also be a faulty case seal or flue again get a engineer to it
