have been experiencing problems with ideal mexico boiler.Switch on hot water and after 40 mins steam blows back into the header tank.Switch on heating and after an hour steam blows into the header tank .Have replaced hot water cylinder , bled everything, checked pump and motorised valve and all appear to be working ok . Thermostat on cylinder and room stat appear to be ok. Any ideas or suggetions gratefully received!!

Turn your boiler stat down,sound like the water is overheating too quickly and therefore being pressurized back to your F & E tank.Also set your pump to higher setting,this will increase the flow rate via the boiler which will slow down the overheating.
