I have an unvented heating system that was installed just over a year ago.
In the last few weeks the HW cylinder makes a very loud humming/vibrating noise when the HW pump for the secondary feed is on, but makes no noise if the CH is on at the same time.
The noise is so loud now that I only have the HW on for 1 hour a day.
The noise is not constant but occurs each time the boiler heats the water and lasts about 10 seconds.
I have had 2 different plumbers out to look at the problem and they have not solved it, hence I am hoping someone can help on this forum before I spend anymore money.
