Westinghouse inbuilt electric oven, just a littlun. Works fine, came with the house but the other day made a noise like the fan was catching on something while it was spinning. Turning it off and on a few times and it slowly went away. When it came back I took off the fan cover only there was no obstruction and it seemd the noise came from the back of the oven.

Is this the fan motor? Can it be anything else? If I get an engineer round is it parts plus labour: £150 or is it something I could order and replace meself like? How long might it have? Last couple of days not a peep...?

Looking at £150 I think I'd rather chuck it and get a new Stoves rangy :)

Any comments much appreciated.

Cheers!
