Hi

Have got a problem with the windows (possibly doors) at the back of my house. When it windy there is one hell of a whistling noise coming from the units. Have checked the sealant round the edge of the frames and there are no ventslots in the units themselves.

Has anybody had experience of this and any advice to mend it would be appreciated

Ta

check the sealant again, don't just look at it - make sure it has adhered to the frame all the way round. If it's not that - what type of windows are they i.e. casements or tilt & turns?

where did you buy them? i had the same problem in rented house. is it just noise or cold air as well? Anyway i am seeking some good quality upvc windows, dont want something bad to take:/ want to avoid that brand.
