Non-integrated dishwasher, washing machine & fridge freezer - new integrated cover

I am due to paint my kitchen cabinets a different colour, black slate. Can I change the front of my slimline dishwasher, washing machine & fridge freezer fronts with standards shop bought covers similar to kitchen cabinet doors so that I can paint these the same colour as kitchen cabinets?

No, you need to have integrated appliances, particularly the washing machine & dishwasher. You would also need fitting kits that could probably only be supplied by the manufactures & won't fit free-standing machines
