Is it possible to get a roof window which doesn't open?

I'm struggling to find one online, everything seems to be a velux type which opens.

Ideally it'd have a vent but basically I just want it to let in light and nothing else

It's a pitched roof. It's about 12ft off the floor, so won't be easily accessible. I was hoping that a fixed roof window would be cheaper and safer than a velux, which seems overkill for this application

There are cheaper alternatives to a Velux and as you will never open it you're unlikely to have to worry too much about reliability of the opening mechanism of a cheaper (poorer quality) rooflight.

In times of very hot weather an opening a rooflight can be an excellent source of ventilation BTW. Although more wonga obviously you can get remote controlled openers.
