not dripping but water drop hangs from

the overflow on the small tank in the roof,obviously outside may just be the cold weather (as just noriced) not causing a problem as i aware

and i checked that the overflow isnt overflowing in the tank

any thoughts please

Could be condensate.

But the water level in a F&E tank should be only about 100 -150mm deep!
