Not getting hot water in bath but am in sink. Same room!!???

Hi guys,

I'm new to this site and pretty much to DIY in general so please excuse my ignorence.

I'm having a problem at the mo withy getting hot water from the taps in the bath. It starts off luke warm and then runs cold although the sink in the same room is receiving hot water perfectly fine. We live in an appartment which is just 1 year old and have a combi boiler. If anyone has any ideas of what the problm could be it would really be appreciated.

slow the flow of water through the taps to just a trickle is it getting hot now?if so you need to adjust the flow through the boiler to the manufacturers stated output around 10litres with a 35degree rise,read the instructions to find the flowrate and temp rise different boilers different flowrate/rise hope this helps
