not hot water in the tap

Hi I have a problem with the hot water in my house, I did not flow from the tap or warm or cold water, but I have a cold city water, warm water do not flow at all, everything works boiler, the pump operates tank is full, please tell me what's going on, I was checking everything and then do not flow

When you turn on the hot tap, nothing comes out (not even cold water)

When you turn on the cold tap, cold water comes out.

Is this the same for all taps in the house?

Have you got a hot-water cylinder?

Have you got a cold-water tank in the loft? Has it got any water in it?

When did the hot-water taps last work properly? What has happened since then?

cold water comes out when turn ,is the same for all taps in the house . Yes I have got a cold-water tank in the loft.them hot water taps work properly two days ago ,radiator work normally is warm just no comes out hot water from the taps this is a problem

When you turn on the hot taps:

Does nothing come out?

Or

Does cold water come out?
