hi, we've recently bought a converted Victorian shop, all the ground floors are concrete apart from the lounge which appears to have the joists laid on the ground! There's no ventilation as surrounded by concrete floors on 3 sides and a 90's bay window with no vents. One joist I've exposed is part rotten but most seem fine and are heavily creosoted. Is this floor viable long term or should I have it replaced with concrete and is this a very expensive option? Thanks simon
