not very hot water on baxi105e

i have a baxi105e combi boiler and it has started to not heat the water very hot when the tap is opened.
At the same time as the hot water is running the central heating pipe starts to heat up as well?

anyone got any ideas of waht to look for first on this model?

Diverter......needs changing

Diverter needs servicing which is a lot cheaper.Kits are available.

As 45 said..... Generally speaking I find that a poor water performance on these boilers is down to a perforated diaphragm on the diverter valve... New diaphragm, clean up the shaft from scale and a dab of Silicone grease and the boiler is fighting fit again.. Don't forget that now that we are at the end of the heating season, the hot water will take a minute or two longer as you will be starting from a cold boiler, unless you have a 105 Instant.
