Notable Obituaries.

He and Clarkson were type A personalities, probably only room for one of them on a show like top gear, but I enjoyed his car reviews in their different formats

Hello Himmy

Yep, straight in on the Jew hating thread. I wonder how long he'll last this time? Is the Knave of Hearts still active or has he gone?

Morqthana is Himmy as well don't you think?

Same choice of subject matter, same extreme views on said subject matter, same high post count, similar bizarre choice of name.

Richard Adrian William Sharp, rugby player; born 9th September 1938; died 3rd November.

Sharp was a classic fly-half whose sense of adventure was a breath of fresh air in the days of monochrome, conservative rugby. Bernard Cornwell later named the hero of his Napoleonic War novels after him, explaining that he had been inspired by watching his sporting hero on all that old Pathé news footage.

The Japanese stage and screen actor Tatsuya Nakadai, whose celebrated performances symbolised a golden age for the country’s cinema, has died aged 92. Nakadai garnered more than 100 screen credits during a career spanning seven decades, but is perhaps best known internationally for his role in Ran, Akira Kurosawa’s 1985 epic set in the Sengoku “warring states” period that took its inspiration from Shakespeare’s King Lear. The film, in which Nakadai played the warlord Hidetora Ichimonji, earned Kurosawa his only Oscar nomination for best director.

If you haven't seen the movie now's a good time to fill your boots. It is epic.
