NovaBPT intercom replacement

I have a NovaBPT intercom, two of them in my house. My property is part of a private mews development with an external buzzer. There are two intercoms in my property, and one of the screen stopped working. The other is fine. I want to get a replacement, but I was thinking I should just upgrade. How can I do this and what should I upgrade to?

You can’t if it’s part of a multi system ….post picture of the faulty unit …

The screen just stopped working, audio is fine and all other buttons work. Contrast and brightness setting checked. Just stopped displaying.
