NTL\sky cable cover?

What do you call the brown U shaped (with wings) cable cover that has been used to cover the coax NTL & sky have fitted to the front of properties that abut the highway?

I want to protect some coax cables from passing drunks & this stuff is usually stuck on with silicone etc

I can't find it on Screwfix.
