I have oak block flooring in hallway which needs cleaning. I dont want to sand them as they are not thick blocks and have been done a few times already. Any advice please on cleaning and re-sealing.

Damp cloth with cleaner appropriate for wooden floors (regardless of varnish or oiled/wax finish).
If that isn't sufficient, try with steelwool 000 in a 'lost' corner to see if any more dirt comes of. If so, go over the whole floor, clean again with above, let it dry and apply suitable polish (either for varnish or oiled/wax floors).

It will take a lot of elbow-grease :D
