I have bought 17sqm of reclaimed Oak strip? flooring to be laid on a concrete floor. I was also supplied some flexible adhesive and some 'grout' to fill the gaps in between the t&g.

Is this a job I could do myself? How much should I expect to pay a professional to lay this? I was told the adhesive would go under the boards and the boards could be screwed down but I cant imagine how it could be screwed without leaving the unsightly screw holes? Perhaps this is what the grout is for also?

Houser, we need some more info, please. Measurements of the wood for startes, T&G's ? unfinsihed, pre-finished boards?
