Are there any makes/retailers that one should steer clear of when buying oak veneer doors? Also, are there any makes/retailers that are known to provide decent quality? I don't necessarily need the absolute best, however neither do I want cheap rubbish. Any advice welcome.

Lots on here have bought from Howdens with positive responses. (They normally then ask about using Ozmo on oak veneer).
I've used them (DIYer) and like them (need good heavy duty hinges).
