Ocean Alpha240E not igniting

Hi guys,

Just a wondering if any of you clever guys have an idea about this prob...

Basically my ocean alpha240e unit will not ignite when the hot water is demanded, the neon reset lights up but has no affect when pressed and the boiler just runs cold water straight through.

Any ideas,

If the ch is working ok, the first thing I would check then replace would be the diaphragm.
