I have recently replaced several old radiators with new Ultraheat ones. All of the rads are uniformally hot except one, a 600mm x 1400mm double panel single convector. That one is v hot top and bottom at the flow end but from about 300mm from the flow the remainder of the front panel is only warm, whilst the back panel is v hot. The very bottom of the rad is uniformally hot along the entire length.
Have shut off all other rads, tried pump at slow, middle and high speed. Nothing makes any difference. The only thing I can think of is blockage. But if the bottom is uniformally hot this suggests many blockages in the vertical channels which seems unlikely - and I'm sure that after installation the rad worked fine.
Anyone any ideas?
