Our legal system won't stand for this. If our police force find the time to catch them (I know they're ever so busy), the courts will given them a jolly good telling off and perhaps even a fine!

surprised the didn't arrest the teen for being naked..
although it's not actually illegal to be naked in public unless it's for the express purpose of causing distress or shock to the public.

This is disgusting, and unfortunately becoming the norm. But what's annoying is the type of people who do this sort of thing will get arrested, but will have the handcuffs too tight, or their trainers scratched, so their brief will get them off, and get them £10k compensation too... or if they do get found guilty, the judge will give them a reduced sentence because of their xbox addiction, and make them do 40minutes community service... or if they do get put away, then the parole board rears it's ugly head.... Oh and DON'T get me started on the parole board !!!!!
