As in, this stuff, sold by a major DIY chain not renowned for having the lowest prices on account having to heat massive warehouses staffed til late to deal with the army of weekend warriors coming through the door?

Sounds like a right good value guy, especially seeing as he's likely buying boxes of 12 for a hundred quid. I put a bit of an uplift on materials, but not 100% :/
